I. Fee for the Forum

"2010 CHINA-US Science Center Director’s Forum·Beijing" is open to related government departments, science & technology museums (science centers), popular science bases, institutions stationed abroad, as well as experts and professionals of creative culture businesses and science & technology mass media.

The amount for the forum is 200. The forum registration fee is 1000 Yuan/person for Chinese guests and 300 US dollars/person for foreign guests; the registration fee is exempted for Curator / Deputy Director of provincial and municipal science and technology museums (science centers). Besides, the main leaders of nonprofit institutions at the same level and the selected speakers are also got registration fee free. In addition, the selected excellent expositions can be exhibited for free.

The registration fee includes lunches and tea breaks, the reception dinner on May 16, compilation of papers, conference materials, on-site translation and transportation between hotel and venue.

II.Recommended Accommodation

Participants can choose to live the hotels arranged by the Forum Organizing Committee, and the fee is at your own expenses.

III. Study tours

Tours are scheduled on May 18. The fee for the tours is at your own expenses.

There are two routes available for choice:

Route One (240 Yuan/ person):China Science & Technology Museum—Bird’s Nest and Water Cube—Beijing Natural History Museum

Route Two (200 Yuan / person): Bird’s Nest and Water Cube—the National Grand Theatre

IV.Signup and Contact Information

Please complete the registration before April 23, 2010. There are two ways to register and you can choose either one of them.

On-line Registration: Participants units or individuals complete the online registration in the site (Note: participants must register online, respectively)

Off-line Registration: Participants unit or individual please fill the form of "participants receipt" in detail and add the official seal, then send it to Beijing Science and Technology Consulting Center by fax or by e-mail.

V.Registration Fees

VI. Enrollment and Registration

The participants units or individuals who are needed to arrange accommodation are invited to stay on-site check-in and registration at May 15, 2010 (full day).Other participants are invited to do the forum site registration at China Science and Technology Museum (No. 5 Beichen East Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing,) on May 16, 2010 9:00-17:00.
