"2010 CHINA-US Science Center Director’s Forum · Beijing" is run jointly by Beijing Association for Science and Technology, Beijing Academy Science and Technology and the National Science Foundation (NSF) on Beijing Science & Technology Week, 16th-18th May, 2010. This forum mission is to further explore the development tendencies and future trends in the fields of scientific spread and popular science education, to introduce the advanced ideas and practical proposals for the construction and development of domestic Science and Technology Museum (Science Center). Meanwhile, it is also for the purpose of enhancing the communication and cooperation in the fields of scientific communications between China and the US.
The famous experts and relevant scholars of two countries will be invited as the main spokesman and the guests in honor. The forum will focus on the two keynotes to do the speeches and special topics seminars, "Informal Science Education and Science Centers" and "Innovation and Future of Science Centers", which will be a high-end and pragmatic science party.
The forum sets up a platform which will offer the theme, special exhibitions and all- encompassing discussion. Those services serve the participators to communicate, cooperate and share business opportunities with each other.

Papers collection
The academic reports and papers associated with the forum topic are collected from all relevant units and guests. Excellent papers will be compiled into the proceedings. Meanwhile, they will be published as special issues in China Science and Technology Museum's journal- "Science and Technology Museum".
Supporting exhibitions
In order to coordinate with the forum topic, to enrich the form of forum and to implement the outcomes of the Forum, organizers of activities will setup the excellent creative boutique exhibition at Technology Center (Science Center) during the Forum.
